Rosie O'Donnell Slams Whoopi Goldberg Feud Rumors on The View Set
There has been a lot of uproar about Rosie O'Donnell’s behavior on the sets of The View but she refuses to be blamed for all the reported drama.
The comedian slammed the recent reports that deemed her "impossible to work with" on the hit daytime talk show.
TMZ is claiming that O'Donnell is not in the best of terms with Whoopi Goldberg and has been "rude to other members of the cast and crew, both on and off camera."
But according to her rep, that simply isn't the case.
"There is absolutely no truth to this," O'Donnell's publicist says.
"Rosie was thrilled and excited to work with Whoopi and knew Whoopi's role as moderator before she re-joined the show!!!"
It is not exactly the first time that drama has surrounded this show.
Goldberg herself addressed the ongoing rumors on the show over the summer, clearing the air about whether she and her co-hosts got along on and off set.
"Before we get started, I just have something on my mind. You know there is a lot of speculation about a lot of stuff going on here. Yes, I'm here. We don't know who's coming in, but I will tell you this: The respect that I have for the people who work here will not change," she told the audience.
"I don't fight with people, that is not my way. Quit trying to make me into something I'm not. I'm not a little girl with cat claws. I am not a cat, I am a human being."
